My birthday is coming up, this is my treat to myself:
It’s Icewine. I had never heard of this until my last “booze cruise” to France. My wine buff uncle and his cousin told me about it over dinner on the boat, and from the description I knew I wanted to try it. So, before Christmas I popped into the folks in Bubble Brothers in the English Market and got a bottle of the Vidal Icewine. We had it after Christmas dinner and it was fantastic, so this is round two. Taste reports to follow!
