on my twitter feed today I saw an offer from bubblebrothers of a buy one, get one free on one of the Champagnes they offer.
I contacted them on twitter to see could I order online and collect later in the week when it suited. I was told that that was no problem, but then changed my mind and legged it from work sooner. I mentioned that I would do this, truth be told I was merely gloating that I was leaving work early!
Well, when I arrived into the English Market shop Austin had my champagne bagged and ready for road – it turns out they’d rung him from the other shop to say I’d be in. I love good customer service, it really adds to the enjoyment of shopping.
