Thanks for another concise, illuminating and encouraging summary. It was a bit of a squeeze because there were a good few last-minute subscribers and we hadn’t the heart (nerve?) to turn anyone away.

As we said on the night, we’re hoping to, er, enhance the retail experience &c. &c. by degrees here. We’ve learned a lot from the last two tastings through our own observations and, chiefly, from what other people have told us.

It feels as though the tastings plan is sort-of coming together.

Here’s to the launch of our new Australian range in September!
