Brian,

Love the work and the plug, it really does help! Ensure you fill the cup on the Vin-Aire for maximum effect, it ensures the wine benefits fully from the aeration process instead of it trickling through. It is a bit hand to eye, but you get used to it and 2012 will see a stand coming!! Watch this space.

Tried this today for the first time. Had a delicious fish chowder and will certainly go back! Great menu, just the kind of food I want to see in a cafe.
