time to make cider!

I’m taking part in a group buy over on the National Homebrewclub forums.
Members in the club came together to buy over 2000 litres of apple juice to turn into cider over the next few months.
I’ve one 25 litre drum waiting for me. This should make some lovely cider for next summer.

It’s been a while since I was in Bradleys and Michael has some new craft beers and ciders in, so I drove in this evening to get

I picked these up in Bradleys on North Main st, 4 for €10.
