Wine
I like wine. At least, I do now. I never had much time for it, but as my palate and hopefully my tastes mature, I find I like it more and more.
I’m making a conscious effort to educate myself in the subject, and with help from my educated uncle, and the good folks in my favourite local wine shops, Bubble Brothers and Curious Wines I’ll get there.
This is my wine diary.
